We perform full inspection in-house on component and assembly characteristics according to customers’ specifications including MTF, field of view, transmission, reflectivity, effective focal length (EFL), distortion, filed curvature, astigmatism, etc. We ensure the performance of each infrared lens meet customers’ need. Our in-house are used to measure the Modulation Transfer Function ( MTF) and optical parameters over a wide spectra range including UV, Visible, NIR, SWIR, MWIR, and LWIR spectra
We utilize our expertise to serve our customers in designing and manufacturing high-performance infrared lenses and components from simple fixed-focus objective lenses to complex opto-electro-mechanical modules. We offer custom IR lens solutions for meeting customs’ specific needs such as custom dual-band lens for Visible and SWIR spectra. Our engineers are experts in material selections for color correction in two spectral bands simultaneously and also Design for Manufacturing. We produce custom dual-band lenses with transmission above 80% and also high image quality in visible range and also SWIR range (700 – 1900nm).
